Quite a bit of stuff were missing from the initial patch notes they post:

6 fusion only weapons were added.
- プレゲトン, Phlegethon, a fire lance. Level limitation: 81+
- ポセイドン, Poseidon’s Trident, an ice trident. Level limitation: 81+
- 鬼哭雷神剣, Screeching Wind God’s Sword, a zan sword. Level limitation: 86+
- 鬼哭風神剣, Screeching Thunder God’s Sword, a lightning sword. Level limitation: 86+
- 日光剣, Daylight Sword, a hama sword, relic required. Level limitation: 91+
- 月光剣, Moonlight Sword, a mudo sword, relic required. Level limitation: 91+

The ice/fire weapons have +20% elemental boast. The other four weapons have +25% elemental boast.

3 Campaign Started
All campaign start from today and ends on the 11th of December. Rewards will all be given in the later half of December.

- 1) Akuma Zensho Campaign
You will get a reward for the total number of entries recorded in your Akuma Zensho for all your characters on a server.

Example:

Kerberos
Character A：60
Character B：20
Character C：30

Chu Chulain
Character A：40

Your total will be counted as 110 on Kerberos and 40 on Chu Chulain.

Prizes are:

Total above 50: Summoning Program Ver.0.811, allows you to summon one of these devils: Immature Scáthacha, Immature Toukotsu/Tao Wu, Immature Typhon
Total above 100: G1 Memory Exchange Ticket, allows you to exchange for one of the following memories: Power, Troll, Koppa Tengu, Harpy, Monumofu
Total above 150: Rune Stone Exchange Ticket, allows you to exchange for a rune stone, an item that will allow you to change the growth type and/or evolve your devil. It’ll be implemented on the 18th of December as part of the “Devil Reunion” system.
Total above 200: Negotiation Amulet, greatly increase the success rate of all your Conversion, Threatening and Provocation skills.

Note that the name and effect of the rewards might be changed. Rewards are cumulative. e.g. If you have 110 recorded in Kerberos, you will get the memory exchange ticket and the summoning program on Kerberos.

- 2) Level Cap Campaign
If you gain 3 levels during this period, you will get a prize.

LV20〜39: Growth Fragrance(1 Day, cannot be traded) x 1 (50% bonus xp for 24hrs, timer counts even if you log out)
LV40〜59: Soul Returning Fragrance (Cannot be traded) x 3 (Revived you without xp lost)
LV60〜69: Repair Kit Hyper (Cannot be traded) x 3 (Restore 5 durability)
LV70〜79: Cabinet Kit Pro(x2.0) (Cannot be traded) x 5 (Increase the success rate of a weapon modification by 2x)
LV80〜89: Devil Exchange Voucher x 1 (Choose from the following: Immature Mithra, Paravasti, Loki, Kaichi, Unicorn, Takemikazuchi)
LV90〜92: A random major arcana enchant charm
LV93: A random zodiac stone

Reward is given on a character basics. You will get multiple prizes if you have multiple characters which fulfill the requirements.

- 3) Welcome Back Campaign
Only those who has not logged in between 1st of October, 0:00am till when patch commenced on the 27th of November.

Reward: 1 x Growth Fragrance(3Day, cannot be traded) x 1 (50% bonus xp for 72hrs, timer counts even if you log out)

- CP Crap Related
The chance to win a special prize for 3 lotteries have been doubled. Affected lotteries are: Roku’s (XP), Enchantment and Fusion/Modification.

The increased chance last till the 4th of December, 2008.

The new shop at 3rd home sells ONLY CP armor/weapons, and those CP items have 0 effects. They are just for appearances.

Christmas Event
- The torch earring gives additional damage against king frost.
- You will get a Santa Lantern as a reward as well. Currently cannot be crystallized.

Major Update
- Major update due on the 18th of December. No info yet.

Stealth Change
Hecate no longer absorbs all magic. No longer week to slash/piece/blunt as well. Changed to the following:

slash: 90% Pierce: 100% Blunt: 65%
Pistol: 100% Rifle: 130% Shotgun:150% (Weak)

Fire: 100% Ice: 0%(100% Absorb) Lightning: 100%
Megido: 100% Wind/Force/Zan: 100% Hama: 25% (Resist)
Mudo: 10% (Resist) Heal: 100% Support: 100%
Magic/Maryouku: 100% Psyche: 100% Mental/Nerve: 100%
Kotodama: 100% Special: 100% Suicide: 100%

Others
Chu Chulain is still spawning in the docks despite them claiming otherwise.
