This is not the complete patch notes for tomorrow. At the very least the expert skill changes/parameters changes were not mentioned here.

We’ll know for sure whether there are any further changes or not once the real patch notes are out later in the day.

Detected Unidentified Devils

There’s an unbelievable power detected around Shibuya and Nakano. After detecting this, the Central Department dispatched devilbusters to investigate it, however….

This is their record: “What… the heck tis this…?! It’s completely… different… from the devils we have sees so far… Everyone… is confusd…! …! Everyone… dead… someone…. help… Someone… can’t do a thing… no… I…”

Discovery of New Devils

The master of the Jakyou has so far created various techniques to produce devils. Now, he has created new fusion routines which allows new kinds of devils to be fused.

In addition, we receive reports from the devil researcher that the devils so far might be unfortunately produced in an “incomplete” form.

“Incomplete” devils are said to be devils that often show strange growth rates. If you are interested, talk to the two of them about this.

We lost contact with devil hunters who were investigating Suginami mines.

Attention:
12 new devils will be added. An additional 1 more will be added on the 25th.
Nakano/Shibuya will have new field bosses added.
A special dungeon, completely different in composition from existing dungeons will be added.

Devil Re-Union

We were contacted by the master of the Jakyou that new techniques have been developed. Much like how devil that were born mutated, immature cannot turn into normal ones, devils are differentiated mainly by their growth type. With this new technique, you can give the devils you contacted new possibilities.

A pixie that specialize on physical strength, a jack frost that specialize on providing support are a start on the new kinds of devils which we have verified that can be produced.

Parameter & Expert Skills

The Devilbuster Control Organization will be offering a new support program that they have been in the midst of developing. It will allow you to temporarily optimism a skill. This will make the greatly reduce the cast time of that skill.

This system will be distributed by the Control Organization’s supervision system and will be installed in everyone’s comp. Please test it out.

In addition, the Control Organization has decided to give out some supplies to our devilbusters. This allows veterans who have constantly fight against devils to return back to being a beginner, in order for them to pursuit new possibilities.

We hope that these measures we adopt to raise your survival rate in this ever changing world and in turn, continue to act as the foundation to Tokyo’s resurrection.

Request From Your Devils

A new functionality has been added to the COMP you possessed.

So far, COMP are just hardware that reduce the cast time of your devil summoning program. However, by using newly developed programs, you are now able to listen to the voice of devils you have yet to summon out.

If you have a good relationship with them, they might make some request to you.

We have receive reports from Some DB that they have received some astonishing requests from their devils.

We have installed this to everyone’s COMP in order to collect usage data.

Attention:
We will be adding a new system, “Devil Re-Union” which allows you to change the growth type of your devil.
We will be adjust the effects of parameters and expert skills.
You will receive various request from devils you have a deep friendship with.
You will be able to give yourself a 13 character code name. (Note: This is probably the top right blank on your status screen. Only took them close to 2 years to implement it…)
