Getting a Shishimai Frost is way harder than last year.

Talk to the the Supreme Commander Shishimai Frost in Shinjuku. He has 4 types of quest. You can choose to do 1 of them every 20hrs.

Relay a message to immature Shishimai Frost (未熟な獅子舞への伝言をど届けよ)
- Talk to the immature Shishimai Frost in Sohonzan than report back to him. The immature Shishimai Frost is located near the Jakyou. Reward: 1 gift, 1 light pink egg.

Supplies Collection (補給物資を集めよう)
- Turn in 60 Steel (エレメント【スチール】) Reward 1 gift, 1 light green egg
- Turn in 50 Damascus Steel (エレメント【ダマスカス鋼】) Reward 2 gift, 1 light green egg
- Turn in 40 Black Souls (エレメント【黒塊】)
- Turn in 50 fossilized mag (石化マグネタイト) Reward 1 gift, 1 light green egg
- Turn in 200 Jack Frost cards (ジャックフロストカード) Reward 1 gift, 1 light green egg
- Turn in 1 ghost extra slot (幻夢闇経1個, from Ichigaya Gold B108)

Purify the disaster of the wild (野の巨大な災厄を清めよ)
- Kill Giant Beast Kerberos (巨獣ケルベロス, Suginami) Reward: 1 gift, 1 light blue egg.
- Kill Incarnation of Form, Baphomet (形の具現者バフォメット, Shibuya) Reward: 1 gift, 1 light blue egg.
- Kill Religious Fanatic, Girimehkala (狂信者ギリメカラ, Shinagawa) Reward: 1 gift, 1 light blue egg.
- Kill Incarnation of Power, Turdak (力の具現者トゥルダク, Ichigaya) Reward: 1 gift, 1 light blue egg.

Purify the disaster of dungeons (魔階の巨大な災厄を清めよ)
- Kill Giant Beast, Garm (巨獣ガルム, Suginami Bronze) Reward: 1 gift, 1 light brown egg.
- Kill Pillar Support, Decarabia (柱の眷属デカラビア, Suginami Silver) Reward: 1 gift, 1 light brown egg.
- Kill Pure Flame, Flamis (純然たる焔フレイミーズ, Suginami Gold) Reward: 2 gift, 1 light yellow egg.
- Kill Giant Beast, Orthos (巨獣オルトロス, Suginami Gold) Reward: 1 gift, 1 light brown egg.
- Kill Incarnation of Power, Kikurihime (力の具現者キクリヒメ, Ichigaya Bronze) Reward: 1 gift, 1 light brown egg.
- Kill Incarnation of Power, Arahabaki (力の具現者アラハバキ, Ichigaya Silver) Reward: 2 gift, 1 light yellow egg.
- Kill Guardian of Sins, Bishamonten (破戒守護ビシャモンテン, Ichigaya Gold) Reward: 2 gift, 1 light yellow egg.
- Kill Revived Being of the Makai, Tokisada (転生セシ魔界の者トキサダ, Ichigaya Gold) Reward: 3 gift, 1 light green egg.

You will get a dream egg (ゆめのたまご) and a gift (獅子のお札) for completion the quests. Quests that don’t have rewards listed = unknown for now. I’ll edit them in as time goes by.

Turn in 15 gifts for a summoning program to summon Shishimai Frost.
Turn in 20 gifts for a summoning program to summon Shiny Shishimai Frost.

Edit: turn in amount changed during an emergency patch.

Once you have a Shiny Shishimai Frost, summon him out and talk to the immature Shishimai Frost in Souhonzan.

He’ll give you a new quest, Disaster From Space (宇宙からの災厄). He request that you kill Nyarlathotep in Ueno. Quest currently bugged.
