アリシア, Arcadia’s pharmacy, Law.
エレベーターガール, in front of Shinjuku Dock’s entrance.
卍太郎, Souhonzan’s pharmacy, Chaos.

They want a certain amount of chocolate fragments. Quest display is quite buggy and I haven’t had the time to log in and check yet. I’ll edit this later. FWIW, the Arcadia one requested 2 chocolate fragments from me.

Edit: 10 fragments needed in total. Fragments are gotten from devil requests. You can only hand in 2 fragments everyday, so the quest needs at least 5 days to complete.
Rewards are:

Law: Immature Thoth Summoning Program
Neutral: Immature Shisa Summoning Program
Chaos: Immature Ookuninushi Summoning Program

You can only receive 1/3 quests at any time.
