Patch Notes for the 24th of April
- Anniversary Quest part 3
- Saien’s quest give new stuff.
- New lottery
- Random bug fixes
- New crafting system, compounding. (Fin: Going to laugh at how Aeria is going to translate this since they made 合成(synthesis)->compound and 融合(enchant)-> synthesis.)
A new option, “compound” can now be found in the menus.
You are able to compound certain consumables together to produce consumables with a greater effect.
Edit: Compounding seems to only work with CP consumables right now… and it’s pretty retarded.
Ten 2x XP, +50% magic damage up fragrance gets compounded into three to six 3x XP, +50% damage fragrance.
Last I check, 10 x 2 => 20x xp increase total, while 3 x 3=> 9x xp and 6 x 3 => 18x xp increase total.
Let’s compound items together to produce lesser overall effects!
Edit 2: Part 3 of the Anniversary “quest” = sub bosses stop spawning infinitely near the obelisk. Nothing else observed so far.

Didn’t knew 調合(chougou, compounding/mixing) is the same as 錬金術(renkinjutsu, alchemy) among other things. Guess Aeria has an awesome mistranslation for it now!

This week’s Fortune card involves Cross Regenerator ticket, a.k.a old items recycle ticket. Got that now old and useless sevens uniform set? Then cry. no. more.
With this toicket you can regenerate the items to have the damage boost as the current lottery items!
However,
This ticket is UNTRADEABLE but the Regenerated items are tradeable. Which means I’m still so darn screwed with my old erumin set since I’m too smart (by smart I actually meant cheapskate) to spam Cross Regen lottery. L-A-M-E. sigh
There’s also the option to buy each ticket for 4980 Yen or ~ US$50 from the web-based item mall.
You need 1 ticket per PART too.
Seven schools has 3 parts? Well, need 3 tickets to update the top/leg/shoes then! Only US$150!
Anyway I got that simon laplace beta ticket in my post box, what does it do? I’m not clicking anything until I’m really sure. Is it the 3 rare drop accessories reward?
Yeah, it’s for the awesome +2 to all stats comp. +200% damage boast at level 1!

There’s always the possibility that they correct that later. After all, EN version is _beta_ at the moment and will get tons of bug fixes and a shitload of new content later :P
I dunno. I thought it stopped being beta once they opened the cash shop.
Well, I’m neither playing the EN version nor trying to stay up to date with it… so I basicly pulled that comment out of my ass. It is called “doing the Michael” :3 Have to remember that it isn’t in beta anymore, so my sarcastic comments don’t flood the internet with wrong info.

well, according to the glorious and the epitome of “smartness” Michael-sama (and some self-claiming “I played megaten from beta, so I’m more awesome than you” EN players, *but i wont say names. yet. tee-hee) who played this game since “closed beta”, he explicitly said that Arcadia exists on closed beta era. SO? noooo, nooo, no. The game was obviously still in closed beta when Arcadia was built you see. I mean, Michael-sama is always “right”, right?
Yes, yes, Finella must be playing different version of JP Imagine since there’s only one field and not a dungeon on closed BETA. The info Finella provided in her blog are obviously for other version of Imagine, not the Imagine you guys playing right now. I mean, by my logic, if Michael sama is right, then Finella must be wrong.
But, Michael-sama, Finella, Mathias and me agreed that 500% regen COMP is ridiculously overpowered for enjoying dungeon’s scenery -> how can we sit down and enjoy quartz/ichi bronze scenery for 2 hours per run if those HP and MP regens so darn fast ?!?!
While we are at it, do not believe your lying eyes at the Aeria games site. It is not “Duftach”. It is “zufutafu” and you know it.

DUH. It’s not his fault if he didnt know anything about 2nd anniv. things obviously, CAVE should stop writing with “cryptic” Japanese in their log quest/notes.

Indeed, everything in this game is so cryptic. It’s near impossible to even find basic stuff like the anniversary zone with the city hall in it. Takes days to wander the incredible size of the game world and search for the well hidden 2 new entrances.
Yeah, the entrance is even shown on the map. Stupid Cave. :/
