Maybe they need more time to math out how many CP people would be max. willing to pay for a subway in a game where no one really travels farther than shinjuki->ichigaya with a quick warp stone to aligment home?
If you’re right then there’ll CP pass for using a functional train and non CP players like us can only walk on subway railroad while getting kissed by Coronzons, Pisachas, etc >.>
