- New system, can now change your eye color. You’ll be able to do this at certain hidden rooms in town.

- 2 “new” quests; the 2 anniversary quests are now recycled as regular quests.
Changes to the quests:
- Sub bosses for “Lord of the Flies” have been weaken, and so, xp given is reduced.
- Quest rewards for “Lord of the Flies” is now different.

Note: You are unable to do these “new” quest if you’ve already cleared them during the anniversary event. If you received the quest, but was unable to complete it, you are allow to restart the quest from scratch.

- Shinjuku Babel, Arcadia, Souhonzan and Protopia have new CP items in stock.

- New lottery
- Some items have their maximum stack changed. (Fin: This actually started last week, but wasn’t mentioned in the patch notes. Most of the junk from the plasma have a higher max stack. In return, their sell price was reduced. Probably more of the junk have their stack modified.)
- The durability of the new wings was decreasing even when the user was not moving. Due to these, all the new wings will have their durability restored to max.
- Random text/bug changes
- End of the death penalty event.

Edit: The “new” CP items being sold are mostly the stat-less/boost-less junk rewards from the old lotteries like pixie wings, resistance cloaks, MADMAX etc…

Each town are also selling a piece of ex-lottery item that has a slight boost/stats. e.g. arcadia is selling clown mace(weapon, -10% cast time/cooldown for shot base spells), Shinjuku is selling sparkling star(extra slot, +3 luck to party), Souhonzan is selling 3 blunt/pierce/slash weapons that add 10% blunt/piece/slash damage.

Value for these items are effectively destroyed.

This week’s lottery is once again tearing down the balance of whatever that’s still in the game. Total boost for the armor set = +25% to all damage type, and when in a party, your party gain 5 to all stats, 5 hp, 5 mp and 60% xp.

On top of that, other than the top(horrible pun), the other armor pieces offer the best + damage for its slot.

Full party with the new armor = +300% xp and 30 to all stats, 30 hp/mp. Who needs 2x XP events? A player with the armor on is already a mini-event by himself.
