During the week you cannot login. The game will be released here on 25.09 and people who ordered their copy of the game by now can create a character and login to the game on the 20.09 Level cap of the closed beta next weekend will be 20. In the first beta event you were only able to play Elyos until level 10 and on the second beta you were able to play Asmodier until level 10 or play your Elyos. Thats what I red so far.
