Mages Damage Sucks…

This post is dedicated to those who thinks that I’m BSing about my damage.

ジコクテン = Jikokuten
ガンダルヴァ = Gandharva
ガキ = Gaki

All screenshot are taken with charm sprite on, and my weapon is enchanted with Yatagarasu, so only racial boost against Gandharva (40%).

I have law cloak/glove on which gives a total of 14% LNC boost against Gaki/Jikokuten.

No spell hex used.

Damage with enhance only

damage log Mages Damage Sucks...

damage log4 Mages Damage Sucks...

Min hit shown against Gandharva is 5086
Min hit shown against Jikokuten is 8537
Min hit shown against Gaki is 5531(probably enhance faded), the more likely min hit is 8452.

Damage with fragrance/enhance:

damage log fragrance Mages Damage Sucks...
Min hit against Jikokuten is 9999
Min hit against Gaki is 9999

Even without fragrance, I hit 9999 against Gaki/Jikokuten, just not 100% of the time.

I’ve yet to enchant up my gear with the new crystals, so even more potential damage there.

Archtypes are perfectly balanced in Imagine~

Gear gap don’t exist and CP items are completely balance and inline with store bought items.

    Thanks a lot for the honest info, fifi! Now we’re surely going to be no.1 on future nerf list because of you. Well, still have another 8-12 months of LNC balance update as usual. In the meantime, here’s our current DD objectives:
    -gandha 1h with the 8% MI top + enhance (check)
    -gandha 1h without kokoro/kizuna craps + enhance
    -gandha 1h without enhance
    -gandha 9999 with fragrance + enhance
    -gandha 9999 with only enhance
    -1h nightmare kirins! and the other 108F mobs…

    This is a very weird game where mages act like assassins/bulldozers, dont you think? >.>

      Eagerly waiting for stealth damage boost caps/calculation changes.

      Not as if they’ve never done it before! (Hi 100% elemental cap)

        Say, about stealth nerf.

        Remember when mod/armsmithing was just in back at sugi gold era?
        Gunners with max mod avalon rifle can 1 hit nightmare fenrir for like 4k, gears wasnt even that broken back then, let alone with max mod 5s ranbus SVD. Then CAVE nerfed them to like 2kish, a while later CAVE upgraded melee weapon gae bolg’s damage to dyne level and they deal like 3kish a hit back then….

        inb4, no one plays gunner in Imagine.
