Patch Notes for the 16th of July
Pointless change is pointless?
New Area
- A beginner area has been added.
A beginner area, called “Beginner Area” has been added.
Quest that cover things not explained, or not sufficiently explain in the other tutorials will be available here.
* Due to the new beginner area, the quest progression has been changed.
After clearing Act 0, you are unable to return to Virtual Battle until you’ve completed the quest: “A guard’s feeling.”
- Beginner’s mark
In the beginner area, you are able to get a beginner’s mark from the NPC: Drunken DB, Ikadakasu.
The condition to get and the mark, and when the mark will be removed are as follow:
To get the mark:
- Be below 20
- Haven’t join a clan
- Haven’t clear Act 6
The mark will be remove when the following condition is met:
- Removed by Drunken DB, Ikadakasu
- Joined a clan
- Cleared Act 6
※Drunken DB, Ikadakasu may use an Incense of Experience(small) on you.
The effect will be overwritten if you use any experience incenses.
Please take note of this.
Improvement to party list.
- Party list is now known as community search.
- You can now search the terminal’s clan information from this menu.
- You can know specify an auto join request, on top of the “looking for party” and “party looking for more” options.
- Text messages for some act NPC has been changed
- Critical rate of some field devils have been adjusted.
- New Lottery
- Random text changes
I guess the quests in this new “area” are the new “acts” that Aeria has been raving about.
Wonder if Cave will ever make Raijuu fusible.
For those not keeping up with what’s going on, Raijuu was added as a normal devil in the subways, and you can recruit him from there.
However, he isn’t fusible by normal methods because Cave forgot to enable his fusible flag!
Been nearly a month and a half and this “bug” isn’t fixed.
Chances that Cave will fix the buggy Nightmare Frost for Aeria = ???!!!

A while back, Cave promised an improvement to the crafting system, and the changes will be in by end of June.
The above link is an official announcement by Cave, saying that they are unable to implement the changes, and it’ll be delayed. ETA: Unknown.
On another note, Tokyo tower is still unimplemented, even though the contest ended in April 2007.

I can’t read jap but I can see you get an AOE megido for female set? and +30% fusion for male sets? is the megido broken?
It’s exact copypasta of megidolaon dessss, broken IF combined with a friend who has chiaki-> megidola x3 + megidolaon x6 = ??? multiply again by 4 for full pt blast. currently 50m makka price.
The male Patrice set actually ease mass producing crystals thing for non demonology people, you know that fusing Pazuzu and his chest hair plus hairy nipples is a pain in the butt, and we need him for making hraesvelgrgrgrgr (if no ceru gold there) and nyarladida-tan.
The hottest thing is the crutch though, awesome accessory for disabled people like M-Troll and his thief BFF now.
What does the crutch do?
-20% cast/cool for all skills, +7 int, 40 support stat.
Basically a beefed up iron pipe. Enhancer’s dream weap.
