*sigh* The issue is more that you have insulted a person’s pride. A person who patiently translates things as accurately as possible based on their deeper knowledge of a language that I am sure many of the readers here don’t actually speak, read, or write. When you said “I thought it was just a -bad- translation” you indirectly said that you assumed she poorly translated something. That’s like having a profession in accounting then someone questioning the numbers you produce to your peers.
