We have noticed that a bug that caused 0 cool can be triggered through equipping certain items.
Doing this is a violation of the ToS so please refrain from using it.
Based on the ToS, we will be taking appropriate actions towards members who have abused this bug.
We hope for your understanding.

LOL. Just… LOL. Gee effing gee, Cave. You fuck up your own stuff and then want to lay the blame on it being a “bug”? LOL, srsly. Even I as a lousy programmer don’t stoop that low. xD
Is the first time in all my years of playing games that I see the developer turning all the blame of a bug to the players for finding it xD. I hope they dont cap it to 50% only ….
I don’t see how it can be classified as a bug unless they coded the cooldown calculation to cap at a certain minimum percentage.
Maybe that’s what they intended to do, but somewhere along the line some guy didn’t insert a line of code~
Seems more like careless implementations of uber gear to encourage players to keep purchasing CP, then slapping a “bug” label to justify doing so.

I’m pretty sure most of their original devs are gone, and whoever is left there don’t know how the game works.
Silver moon is STILL bugged as of this patch.
Pazuzu and co friendship value are STILL bugged even though their friendship have been bugged for close to TWO years.
Price fluctuation is bugged again, along with half of the new stuff today.
Quite a few people got hit by suspensions for 0 cool.
To add further insult to injury, they added new weapons today that grants cooldown reduction to fire/ice-based skills and yet, 0 cool is still possible.
Inb4 perma ban…
Pfft. Instead of hunting and banning exploiters, why don’t they just “fix” it? >_>

Even better, they somehow managed to break durability loss for some skills.
Shinagawa/Arcadia/Shibuya “area” crashed several times during today’s invasion too.
