On Fish and Chips
Because rumors are bad.
1) 1 hack chip alpha = 1 Yetzirah prime. (Essence is wrong. lrn2Kabbalah)
You are not going to get any extra Yetzirah prime from the chips.
The way the dungeon work is as follow:
i) Use hack chip alpha. A dummy buff will be activated on you. You need this buff to enter the COMP-Hack.
ii) The buff is removed at the end of the dungeon, and xp is awarded. Chests spawns with 1 Yetzirah prime in it.
Each person that enters the dungeon needs their own hack-chip. IOWs, a full party needs 5 chips to enter the dungeon.
Entering the dungeon in a party is quite a bad idea. Instead of slimes, powered up version of Hua Po will spawn instead, and they are nearly as bad as the Pixie from Ichigaya COMP-Hack.
I never bothered to clarify this aspect since I wanted to watch “JP friends” explanations pop up to explain away the cost, and viola, one appears…
There’s a reason why my calculation for Mara comes up to US$780 instead of US$156.
2) “Cheaper” Mara
As a whole, it’s pointless to compare prices directly due to different currency conversion rate yada yada.
Mara is slightly cheaper on the EN server but not really by much; US$600 for a piece of virtual data is still insane.
Anyway, things don’t just end at Mara. Behold an insight from the future:
■ 『イェツィラー素』を3000個失いました。(00024ec5)
・ プラグイン【第一の騎士】を手に入れました。 <– Plugin, 1st Rider. (White Rider)
■ 『イェツィラー素』を3500個失いました。(00024ec6)
・ プラグイン【第二の騎士】を手に入れました。 <– Plugin, 2nd Rider. (Red Rider)
■ 『イェツィラー素』を4000個失いました。(00024ec7)
・ プラグイン【第三の騎士】を手に入れました。 <– Plugin, 3rd Rider. (Black Rider)
Remember, even now there are still no other real alternatives sources for Yetzirah prime other than COMP-Hack alpha here.
Nice to see Aeria breaking their own their own promise… Oh wait, GM who said that are no longer with Aeria!
Also remember that there are no other sources of resist expel/maha mudoon than Mara/Yetzirah prime plugin devils.

Do the broken Hua Po show up depending on the amount of people in the party at the time the dungeon is spawned? Because if they DON’T, there’s a theoretical way to game the system and get all five Yetzirah Prime from a single dungeon while fighting only the Foul spawns. >_> (Just confirming here since, if I know you any, you’ll probably have tested this out to hell and back.)
Pretty much.
Solo => Thrown to slime version of the comp-hack
In a party, even if you’re the only one with the buff on => Thrown to killer Kahaku version.
tl;dr: Spawns are determined before you enter the dungeon.
“Waiting” for the party version = lol.
Ask Evilbleachman for more awesome Google translation. ^_^
