CP, Short for Cure for EVERY Problem

One of the problem players raised since channel got unified were that Raphael/Phantom are pretty hard to find and tons of kill stealing occur when they do spawn since people are after them for quest completions.

Presenting Cave’s solution:

New fortune card that gives devil spawning eggs.

“Reward” list is as follow:

Egg Box: Pleasure x 10
Devil Egg: Raphael
Devil Egg: Phantom
Egg Box: Pleasure
Devil Egg: Fly v1 x2
Devil Egg: Fly v2 x2
Devil Egg: Fly v3 x2
Devil Egg: Fly v1
Devil Egg: Fly v2
Devil Egg: Fly v3

Egg Box: Pleasure, gives a random devil egg from this current lottery.

Thanks Aeria for introduce the concept of a surprise box within a surprise box to Cave!

Devil Egg: Raphael/Phantom, summons the respective Shibuya/Nakano field boss anywhere.

Devil Egg: Fly v1, summon 10 flies anywhere

Devil Egg: Fly v2, summon 10 flies anywhere. These flies gives more xp than Fly v1.

Devil Egg: Fly v3, summon 10 flies anywhere. These flies gives more xp than Fly v2.

Prediction for next weeks lottery, Grimhelka/Hecate spawn items for money!

  • MsTeddie says:

D< Then what is the point of "hunting" fields bosses!? Will they release one for turtle and succu too? Fffff, pathetic. =.=

  • Zethre says:

I wonder if it’ll let ya spawn multiples… *_* *sees lag-inducing amounts of Raphaels around Shibuya*

    • Zethre says:

In all seriousness, It’s not exactly a sustainable business practice to release in-game stuff for a fee (unless CAVE intends to change it to a pseudo-pay-to-play game). Especially when the GM Spawn commands will allow GMs (if CAVE actually realized they need GMs) to mass spawn them in Shibuya (or frankly where-ever else they want).

This sounds awesome! Can you spawn them in babel to kill afk people? If not I guess plasma farmers will have to do..

    • Zethre says:

Well, goodbye plasma bots on JServer? :P

      • midnightwill says:

They’ll just reprogram the bots to kill your spawns then continue farming thereby taking your loot while still getting filthy rich in the process.

It’s like the eggs from the Shiva/Vishnu event.

Able to summon multiples at any fields.

Unusable in any towns, dungeon lobbies, instanced/non-instanced dungeons.

Also, the so call plasma bot issue hasn’t exist here for a long time.

Plasma farming/field boss hunting/etc… died with channel unification. Remember, we only have 1 channel left.

Time to say this for the third time in regards to plasma farming:

Plasma were NEVER nerf solely because of bots. Some items actually had their price increased from the “nerf”.

          Once again, look at this.

A can in Shibuya sells for 13 makka and dismantles into 2 aluminum (100%), 1 Iron (40%) and 2 steel (10%)
Why should a can in Nakano, which dismantles into 2 iron (85%), 2 steel (68%), 4 plastic (51%), sell for 526 makka?

Both give nearly the some amount of materials, yet 1 cost more than 40x the other. How is this even appropriate?

The “nerf” fix this glaring imbalance. It just took Cave too long to realize that they have entered a wrong selling price for certain junks.

How many people actually farm plasma for cash in Shinagawa or Suginami?

Heck, how many people actually farm plasma in the Pyro Jack tunnel, or the area around the lake surrounding the obelisk?

“Why should a can in Nakano, which dismantles into 2 iron (85%), 2 steel (68%), 4 plastic (51%), sell for 526 makka?”
It shouldn’t, which makes me wonder why CAVE thought it would be a good idea to make ‘em that high in the first place.

  • Bianco says:

For Aeria, I dread the channel unification.

  • f4660t says:

    nerf it all =D

but seriously, about the cans, yeah why the hell is trash worth that much?

higher decon rates on rubber and bronze would be more appreciated though.
