It was mentioned in a previous podcast by Scott Hartsman that Rift won’t be shipping with a LFG tool.

He later clarified in a fohguild.org post that at the very least, a LFG flag will still be in place.

Personally, I’m in the camp who feel that this is a bad idea, seeing how popular the Dungeon Finger tool is in WoW, among other games.
