Because our dear failure of a leader, suigintou- can’t copypasta something to save his skin, the progress for Higurashi Rei 03 is pretty much at zero.

The episode was TLed a month ago as a reference.

BTW. Higurashi Rei 04’s DVD is released today and we already have the ISO.

Couple of fansubbing related stuff:

1) On the TotA end, ilifin has kindly vanish without a word since the 16th so TotA is pretty much dropped. Unless someone sprinkle some magical pixie dust or something, chances are, he won’t resume the project.
2) Suigintou- is off in China, finding a bride. This may or may not affect Higurashi Rei releases.
3) I’ll be updating the PPD OVA references page over the next few days since the JP wiki has received a bunch of new updates.

Edit2: Since people were pming me about it on IRC. 膃肭臍 (Ottosei) is literally fur seal. But since people don’t really call penises seals in English so I TLed it to a more generic “little bro”.
